Apples are invaluable in the maintenance of good health and in the treatment of many ailment facing human being.It was said long ago "to eat an apple before going to bed will make the doctor beg his bread",the modern version of it is "an apple a day keeps the doctor away".is proving to be true.If there is any thing that you can do to stay well then  it is to eat two apples daily according to a whole series of new scientific research which places apples at the top of the healthy living tree.
